Managing Director of the ICC.

 

Michel has been in digital and e-commerce for 25 years. After having played a pioneering role as head of new media at Sony Music in the early 90’s, he has fulfilled several senior executive positions in French and international B2C and B2B multichannel retail and media businesses, including Bertelsmann, Manutan, Conrad, Quelle, Camaieu, Marks & Spencer and more recently Time inc.

With more than 20 years in marketing and communications, Elizabeth has got a wealth of experience across media (television), technology (Nordcod) and retail (Kiabi) . Since her arrival at the ICC in 2017, she has demonstrated strong skills in engaging with both retailers and software partners to make every activiy a success, creating value for all and building trust based on quality.

Jérôme Gayet

 

Jérôme Gayet is a franco-american serial entrepreneur. He has 20 years experience in International Business Development (distance selling, e-commerce, consulting) including 14 years at La Redoute (US, Suisse, Grèce,…) where he held managing director positions.

Since 2009, he has worked alongside and consulted with more than 40 businesses (startups and large corporates) helping them develop internationally and covering more than 30 countries (EU, Ukraine, Turkey, China, USA,

Brazil…). He is the author of a book entitled « Business Development » (an Eryolles publication). Founder of BDC (Business Development Consultants), he consults with corporates in their growth strategies around connected commerce. Speaker, he regularly participates in conferences, conventions, seminars, on various topics: key challenges of connected commerce, innovation acceleration to boost customer experience, innovations that revolutionize retail… He is also the founder of the Hub business centre located in the Lille area and he teaches “Retail management & digital marketing” at EDHEC business school.

Nicolas Malo

 

After 12 years of large website management in Europe and Nothern America, Nicolas Malo specialised in web measurements, analytics and optimisation in 2008. A year later he co-wrote with Jacques Warren the first French speaking book about web analytics and launched Web Analytics Lille (WALILLE).

In september 2011, Nicolas created Optimal Ways, a consultancy specialised in Digital Analytics training and coaching. He is now a trusted advisor for large retail, e-commerce and catalogue businesses in France, Belgium and the UK.

He too teaches at EDHEC, Centrale Lille and Lille IAE.
